01 · CrossFit

CrossFit — the foundation

CrossFit at PRO1 is a dynamic, results-driven fitness program that combines strength training, cardio and functional movement. Our program stands out for its community spirit, expert coaching and varied workouts.

Our edge: four levels integrated into the same class. You progress at your own pace — wherever you start — carried by the energy of a stimulating group.

02 · HYROX

HYROX — train for the world's top fitness race

HYROX is the pinnacle of competitive fitness — a global event combining running and functional exercises. You don't need to be a competitor to enjoy the experience.

The HYROX format:

8 km of running, broken up by 8 stations: SkiErg, sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rower, farmers carry, sandbag lunges and wall balls.

  • Targeted training — every session gets you closer to the real format.
  • Accessible to all levels — whether you're aiming for top 10 or just to finish.
  • Join the movement — internal challenges, progression tests, official competitions.

03 · The family wedge

Women & Moms — you don't have to choose

MomFit, postnatal, or return to fitness: we have a setting for every stage. You train with your baby nearby if needed, in a space designed for it. When your child is enrolled in our kids programs, you train at 20% off.

Evening group classes

Evening group classes designed for moms who want to rebuild strength and energy. Motivating setting, progression at your pace, community of moms.

Postnatal

With Josée Bélanger, kinesiologist

Program led by Josée Bélanger (Olympic medalist, pre- and postnatal specialist). You train with your baby nearby in a safe, welcoming space — mats, toys, rocking chairs. 95% of the time it works beautifully — real community in action.

04 · Kids program

Kids — move, have fun, grow

Encourage your kids to stay active with a program designed to be both fun and dynamic. Coordination, fitness, teamwork, healthy habits — and energy to spare.

Classes run alongside adult classes — when your child trains, you train at 20% off.

05 · Personalized coaching

Personal training — your coach, your pace

Reach your goals with a tailored coaching program. Our experienced trainers offer personalized plans and individual support to help you reach your full potential — whether post-injury, competition prep, or simply a specific goal of yours.

Small group

Want personalized coaching with the energy of a small group? We also organize small group sessions (2 to 4 people) — quality coaching, dynamic atmosphere, more affordable option.

06 · Free access

Open Gym — all the space, at your pace

Free access to train with PRO1 programming, at your pace, without the class format. Ideal if you already know the method and want free time in our facilities.

  • All day during opening hours.
  • Access to all equipment: rigs, platforms, AssaultBikes, SkiErg, sleds.
  • Included in the unlimited plan.

More options to reach your goals

Midi Xpress

45 minutes of functional training over lunch. Efficient, for busy schedules. Tuesdays and Thursdays, 12:00–12:45.

On-Ramp

3 private sessions to master the fundamentals and mobility before joining group classes. Recommended starting point for total beginners.

Global consultation

Complete assessment: physical evaluation, nutrition planning, 12-month goals. For those who want a structured plan.

Online training

Flexible, personalized programs to do at home, with a coach's support. Train where you want, when you want.

School & sports groups

Team training for schools and sports clubs. Programming adapted to your discipline and level.

Personalized programming

A training program written for you, delivered weekly. Ideal if you want the PRO1 method but solo.
