Cancellation Policy

We understand circumstances can change. Our team is committed to making your cancellation process as simple as possible.

Cancellation and membership suspension policy

Memberships follow the rules of Quebec's Office de la protection du consommateur. In the case of early termination, fees apply based on the contract length:

• 12-month contract: fees equivalent to 3 months
• 6-month contract: fees equivalent to 2 months
• 3-month contract: fees equivalent to 1 month

These fees only apply after at least 10% of the contract length has been completed.

Membership suspensions

Pauses are not available for vacations, travel or seasonal breaks (summer, Christmas, March break). A suspension is granted only in the case of an injury preventing any physical activity, with medical proof — the membership period is then extended accordingly.

Relocation

In the case of relocation outside the city, cancellation without penalty is possible, with proof of move.
